Serving diners with the finest pastries, Chef Pang Kok Keong, is known to be one of the best pastry chef in Singapore.

Be prepared to be spoilt for choices while glancing over the cake display and choosing your desired serving of cake. Every piece of cake was highly appealing to our eyes and finally we decided to pick on Antoinette’s best selling cakes - Antoinette and Mont Blanc.

Antoinette ($9)

Antoinette is this tea salon’s signature Chocolate Earl Grey cake. Rich in milk chocolate with a fragrant after-taste of Earl Gray is what defines the cake. An alluring exquisite presentation of a shiny, classy piece of art that is meant to be savoured in many small bites. At first, we were rather curious to tap on the maroon colored ball on top of the cake to uncover the taste of it. The maroon ball is actually made up of bursting flavours of berry.

Mont Blanc ($8)

The other aesthetically inviting treat was Antoinette’s highly sought-after Mont Blanc. Staggering layers of chestnut cream on top of the tart will guarantee its insta-worthiness. The taste of Mont Blanc was more complex but lighter. Not only are the sprinkles of icing sugar introducing fine sweetness, the flavours of vanilla and chestnut cream also added to the smooth melting sensation on our tastebuds.

Enjoying a pot of tea accompanied with your desired choice of Antoinette’s cake, this pampering experience with an edible piece of art will definitely make you want to revisit again.
